The Restaurant - sophisticated Baden cuisine

Our cuisine is fresh, light and creative. It is based on fresh and first class regional products that we elaborate on with utmost care and  love, resulting in a remarkable mix of Mediterranean and Baden influences.
Every season our menus offer a large selection in exquisite fish dishes, venison dishes with deer, hare and wild boar... and in the Spring the traditional asparagus and vegetarian dishes.

Garden restaurant

In the warm season, we offer you a light and summery cuisine and suggest for example some light salads along with fine grilled fish, a grilled leg of lamb with Mediterranean vegetables, the jumbo schimps with their curried vegetables and spaghetti.

Enjoy the Baden sun and relax quietly in our garden restaurant, with a nice glass of wine or a freshly drawn Ganter bier.

Our little guests are not forgotten and they will have fun in our large playground.
